Had a lovely birthday celebration here for my friend. The food was great and our server Nisha was incredible. So helpful with recommendations and also helped us find bars in the area, couldn’t praise her service skills more!! Need more people like that in the industry.

I enjoyed a wedding reception in the private dining room at the Ivy in Bristol. The staff were wonderfully warm and attentive, in particular Elsa, who looked after the entire wedding party all evening. The food was exceptional - In particular, I had blackened cod, which was cooked perfectly.

Lovely lunch menu with a good selection to choose from. The food was beautifully presented. I had phoned ahead and paid 32 for a celebration chocolate cake to be brought to the table at the end of the meal as a surprise. I checked on arrival and yes it was all on the booking but the waitress came to our table and announced what type of cake we wanted and when should she bring it to us which spoilt the surprise. Anyway the cake was lovely and we laughed it off and then we were charged again for the cake when the bill arrived. I asked for a refund and was eventually given it but the staff didn’t apologise and we were meant to feel like we were causing trouble.
Such a cute restaurant! We went for my birthday celebration! I will say the server did come off a bit rude in the beginning which put us off a bit to start but then things picked up and everything after that was incredible! The espresso martinis were delicious, highly recommend!
